horse training
Saffron asked:

I have been around horses my whole life and done many things with them, including: western (barrel racing, trail riding, working with young horses), english (competing and training in hunter/jumper through the adult ameteur level, working with young horses, teaching basic riding to children, groom at shows, exercise rider). The first time I was on a horse, I was only 9 months old and have never stopped loving them since! My dream is to attend a “horse only” school where I can study about breeding and training and not have to suffer through classes I don’t need (i.e., math, english, history, science). I have attending Pratt Institute for the last two years and it may have been the worst choice of my life. I was forced to be in classes I wanted nothing to do with and had a horrible time there. I wasn’t even enjoying my major, as I only had TWO classes in it and all others core subjects!! Please, if anyone knows of any school like the one I described, I would be eternally grateful.
